Our aim is - To offer vulnerable people in our society the opportunity to improve their quality of life so they aren’t disadvantaged because of poverty.

GISDA is a registered company limited by guarantee with charitable status. We are managed by a group of Trustees who are ultimately responsible for every aspect of the Company.

We currently employ over 30 members of staff, each one in some way or another contributing to the support offered to young people between the ages of 16 and 25 throughout Gwynedd.

We support around 100 young people annually and we currently are able to help 56 young people at any given time with:

• Supported Housing
• Education
• Training
• Work
• Budgeting
• Health
• Life Skills and other services

We are a forward-thinking Company who strive to raise awareness of homelessness in our communities and work diligently to reduce the problem of homelessness amongst young people.

We review our services frequently in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our service users, our stakeholders and changes in legislation and policies so we can meet our aims and objectives.
