Who is GISDA?
GISDA is a charity working with vulnerable and homeless young people in Gwynedd for over twenty years.
What does GISDA do?
We work with other agencies to find solutions to homelessness and prevent its occurrence by working with those who are in danger of becoming homeless. We believe in long term solutions rather than short term fixes.
How does GISDA help?
We offer supported housing suitable to your needs e.g.
We can offer temporary/long term accommodation in one of our hostels, flats or houses.
We have an internal teaching project.
We can offer you counselling provided by a qualified counsellor
A key worker will offer advice on benefits, training, work and living skills.
We can sign-post you to other useful agencies e.g. Prince’s Trust, Nacro, New Deal and The Duke of Edinburgh Award.
