Floating Support Project
This consists of 4 units, usually comprising one bedroom flats, the property of either a housing association or Gwynedd Council.  Service users can either access this project directly or as a progression from one of the hostel project.

This project is dispersed with the service user remaining in the property once the support has been withdrawn.

As with other projects managed by the company, the service user is allocated a key worker and is able to access all the services provided by the company
