GISDA is committed to ensuring that the staff have appropriate and fair access to learning and development opportunities.

Learning is supported through a variety of channels, depending on the needs of the individuals such as:

 

  • On the job training
  • Attending conferences
  • Courses
  • Seminars
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Vocational training courses etc.

 

In conjunction to these forms of learning, to ensure staff develop the appropriate knowledge and skills, GISDA runs a comprehensive core competency training program for all staff.
