As a trustee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of GISDA. You will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to supporting young people and influencing real change in our communities. What does a Board Member do?
Our Management Board
- provides strategic direction and ensures strong governance
- overseeing the finances and long-term running of the charity
- supporting and challenging the management team to achieve the best results for young people
- act as ambassadors for GISDA's vision and values
Who are we looking for?
We welcome applications from people from all walks of life — especially those who share our commitment to equality, inclusion and the empowerment of young people.
You do not need previous experience as a trustee; we will provide support and an induction period. We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have experience in
- finance
- homelessness, youth work or social care
- communication, digital media or technology
