Homelessness Prevention

The Homelessness Prevention project is funded by the Welsh Government.

The Homelessness Prevention Worker has been working with a group of organisations known as DEWIS to create sessions in schools for children in year 9. These organisations include the police and domestic violence service.

The project is also responsible for looking for affordable accommodation for young people, and we have a good working relationship with the local landlords. Through this project we also receive referrals from the Gwynedd Council homelessness department.
