  • DIVERSITY EQUALITY AND INCLUSION - Continue to develop a comprehensive range of innovative policies and support that value and celebrate everyone's strengths and contribution regardless of their identity or background
  • STAFF WELLBEING - Staff are a priority for GISDA and therefore securing an annual wellbeing plan to enable us to support our staff to provide a first class service is essential. We will continue to develop a working a environment that ensures GISDA is a charity of choice to work for
  • WELSH LANGUAGE - The GISDA Welsh Language Scheme was approved by the Welsh Language Commissioner in 2020. We will continue to monitor and implement the scheme in order to ensure a complete Welsh language service for the young people of Gwynedd and support our staff to be confident in providing the services
  • SUSTAINABILITY - Being adventurous in developing new opportunities including social enterprises and ensuring that we get the right balance when taking risks - sometimes you have to take risks to develop new successful projects
  • ENVIRONMENT - We will follow the principle of circular economy, support the local economy and recycle everything we can in accordance with our environmental policy and annual action plan
